Committed Tulanians, they knew that Tulane had been a neuroscience hotspot since Dr. Andrew Schally won the Nobel Prize in medicine over four decades ago. And they knew, too, that the number of Alzheimer’s patients was exploding across the country.

Undaunted, they saw Tulane as a beacon of potential. Working together, they gave Tulane a jump start in the race to a cure, providing a lead gift to help establish the Tulane Brain Institute. One day, they hope the institute’s daring research will unravel the mysteries of the mind and find a cure.
